Blood Suckers in Brazil

My brother spent about 8 months this year in Brazil studying abroad. Early during his trip all his scholarship money got stolen from his bank account after using an ATM. After a lot of headaches, the bank eventually gave him back his money. Today on cnn.com they posted this article about the ATM fraud in Brazil. Hopefully no one else will go through this again.
